About The Role

This position is for our San Francisco office where the Outside Sales Director will focus on growing business for Sourcebits through a consultative and insight based selling approach.

Responsibilities

  • Capable of selling innovation workshops to multi-million dollar product development engagements with consumer & enterprise focused companies
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients as a high skilled advisor in the app space – Position Sourcebits as a Outsourced Product Development provider with a difference & build accounts for Sourcebits from scratch in the area of IT/Product Development outsourcing services.
  • Identify, Pitch, Sell & Generate multi-million/multi-year engagements for Sourcebits in the outsourced application development space focusing on US based technology product companies by demonstrating an opportunity to become their trusted offshore center.
  • Ability to frame challenging proposals, presentations & solutions for clients by collaborating with designers, engineers & specialties in the app space.

Requirements And Skills

  • 5-10 years of selling professional IT services in the US market
  • Consultative & Ideation based hunters who can translate the Sourcebits
  • differentiator for the services market are a plus
  • Hungry for growth & driven by the opportunity to grow the revenue for Sourcebits with razor sharp focus and dedication
  • Passion for Tech, Ideation & Mobile Apps
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • BA or equivalent experience
